Many of these limitations are due to the large creatine dose used by performance athletes. Effervescent formulations are commonly used to deliver large oral doses. Improved solubility. Creatine Edge goes completely into solution prior to oral administration. The product enters the gastrointestinal tract in a form that is readily- available for absorption.
